Estimating
Our estimating team has more than 20 years of accumulative experience in designing and pricing piling schemes covering a range of projects in various environments & locations. They are equally adept at designing load bearing & retaining wall schemes within tight timescales and budgets. This team specialise in value engineering pile designs to reduce costs to clients.
Contracts
Our contracts team are all former piling supervisors and managers with on site pile installation experience. From large open green field sites to tight inner-city sites they have the knowledge to get a project done safely within budget and up to the standards required. This team is very efficient in problem solving and working on complicated sites dealing with obstructions, services and any other unforeseen issues found within the ground. Our site operatives are all highly trained both in their ability to undertake the work but also to ensure safety & environmental standards are kept at the forefront of our operations. We use only approved and accredited suppliers to ensure the best results.
Plant Maintenance
Our plant team are also highly experienced and knowledgeable with regards to all plant operated by Syndicate Piling. This team work with the latest, best in class piling rigs and equipment and as such they themselves ensure they are maintained to the highest standards.
